- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and coordinate internal teams and resources.
- 3+ years’ experience in an Account Management, Customer Success, or Consultancy role, 1 year’ supervisory experience preferred.
- Fluent English and other languages an advantage.
- Engage with customers and identify their onboarding needs.
- Handle emails and calls from customers and ensure that their needs are satisfied.
- Develop strategies to expand our reach impact, and quality of customer experience.
- Establish and maintain customer satisfaction, proactive client communications, issue remediation as well as containment and performance measurement.
- Reception and segmentation of customer issues.
- Coordinate customer success team.
- Ability to analyze and categorize incidents to be sent to the Product, Software and Sales Teams to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
